Gandhiji Maha Vidyalai

Gandhiji Maha Vidyalai (GMV), widely known as GMV, is an esteemed institution dedicated to language education, headquartered in Salem. Founded with the blessings of Salem’s senior-most Hindi Pracharak, Thiru M.R. Ranganathan ji, GMV has been a cornerstone of Hindi education since 1983. The institution’s commitment to excellence extends to our sister establishment, GK Book Shop, which specializes in Hindi and Sanskrit resources, providing students with key materials to support their learning journey. In line with our mission to promote Hindi language proficiency, GMV offers the Madhuvani Hindi Spoken Course, an eight-level program designed to build students’ confidence and fluency in conversational Hindi.
